no...the semiconductors are insulated. it'll still flicker if an uncharged piece of n-silicon touches it because PBCN works in same setup that PCLN doesn't.

it keeps flickering on and off but never does anything. I don't think it likes n-silicon even touching it when it turns on.

I absolutely hate PCLN. It doesn't even work for me. PBCN works better. Maybe this is the only thing PCLN is good for anymore.

If something is extremely detailed and uses alot of deco is it considered art even though it may have many functions?

Sand effect isn't deco. Anything you get by pressing B is deco.

Yeah. Stuff isn't kicked off for being art. Art just usually never makes it to front page anyway. Also, things can have alot of deco and still have alot of functions too.
