Thanks, I fixed this for the next version of my mod / Android tpt.    Looks like PIPE was accepting elements from STOR even if it was already full, overwriting what was previously in the PI...

Username is case sensitive in game only. It isn't case sensitive on the website. It's weird. In the future it will probably be case insensitive everywhere.
