Yes, they will. I'd advise you don't vote on each other's saves in those cases, or tell the mods about the other account beforehand so we don't accidentally ban you.

This is a known issue, which apparently still isn't fixed. I will send an email to the email associated with that account with the password reset information

Every save has a report button, you need to make a report on a save. It's near the open button.

Use the report button in-game to report users who do these things. Otherwise a mod probably won't see it.
