You're the lucky one, I downloaded and followed up to "go to smartgit and go to file>copy"  Can you help? I don't understand what it means, I've tried everything.

I'm gonna bump this up for a second.  The wiki doesn't explain how to create a mod, just how to send the element in for testing.  Help?
