There's a topic called uber mod somewhere, I can't seem to find it, but it does this.

I use the geeks3d one, but I lost the link to it. Maybe that has the version for Osx?

There's a folder in the regular Powder Toy folder that should read "stamps" I know cuz I clear it out ever once and a while. check in there.
