INSL is also a heat insulator (to a degree). I believe that it's already in the correct place. The only other place I would consider putting it is Solids.

lol    Well another 500+ tags have been removed, without any bans this time. And it was a combined effort.     No more vote tags, it breaks the publishing rules ya know...

Part of the reason for this thread is so people are aware that we can act on people who post offensive tags.    We don't actually remove the save, just the tags :)
