This was already fixed. Download version 42.4: https://starcatcher.us/TPT/mod/Jacob1's%20Mod.zip You could also delete powder.pref and it will fix it.

You can deco PROT or GRVT, but not PHOT. Also 4x4 grid snapping isn't an issue, the arrow keys shift things by 1
