TPT really doesn't get installed for say, it's a stand-alone program. To have it installed would be a waste of time.

100Mbps here, I generally download at 12MB/s. So, it's all in comparison, 5Mbps would seem slow to me. Again, compared to a LOT of people, even 5Mbps is quick.
