there are 3 space dimensions because it's the most stable number, if there were 2, planens would fall onto stars, if there are 4 or more, planets would fly away

alt+numpad is a low level system trick so keyboard could output keycodes it cant.  The system receives it and turns into appropriate character.  Those symbols aren't called alt+numpad ...
