Please lock this thread. It no longer has use, due to me getting rid of this and starting a completely different mod.

Hmmmmmmmmph.  I may merge this into my planned:  *drum roll*  cctvmod!  So yeah, this should be revived then scrapped and joined onto cctvmod soon.
