The new snapshot is out, so if you're using a snapshot, just update to the latest version and it will be fixed.

@ratio1 (View Post)  I believe it's an iteration on the old one, which was log(votes)/(log(time)-3). The randomization logic is added on top of that to keep it rotating.

Your own views also increase the count, so that's how that happens.
