I wanted to bring this idea back up, so don't say "Oh, they already have this. Use the search bar".There should be an indestructible conductor (The wall's too big), and an indestr...

An indestructible conductor would be good, as I often work in extreme temperatures in very small spaces, often with lasers! 

You don't actually need it to make a smoke detector...It wouldn't have much use in TPT, unless some special effects were added. ;)

I'm with the guy above me.

It would take over everything in the screen, far too easily.Kind of like the Agents in The Matrix...
