Usually a Lua script or some external program to directly generate a .cps file. Distributing scripts like that, or uploading their results, isn't allowed.

If you have a backup anywhere you can try restoring it. Otherwise you're out of luck. Close the game and then delete stamps.json to get rid of all the errors and reset it back to no stamps.
