    The best REALISTIC neuron (they aren't actually random) is the core from jerrythebest's "eternal pose" machine. Strip off the compass needles and add some wires to the outputs. Each side (except the top) functions as an inverter (NOT) and you can input multiple signals to perform different logic functions. :D (sorry for length but you seriously need to apply this 'cuase it's awsome)
