    I remember that book. It was good. SHame I can't find any more books related to this. The Leviathan Series by (Can't remember the name) Westerfield is quite similar to this.

    I don't see how this is hard to grasp. It's a mobile city, constructed in the aftermath of a catastrophic, possibly nuclear/atomic war.
