    But also, lighting the middle of the floor will make the fire touch the roof, where also lighting cord is also implanted in the wood, so that it sparks, starting the fire.

    if you light the candle on the side of the wall then you will cause a fire that will burn the house down, and you have to refresh the save to the normal state.

    @CaptainEiko, Once or twice. But more often than not, I light the candle on the wall, and watch the roof beam smoulder until it burns through and starts an all out blaze that burns the house to the ground. :P Poorly placed candle.
