    this has been tested and certified by TEM's save testing facility and they state that this is COMPLETELY safe (as long as your not driving in a thunderstorm) we give it an A -

    Oh also, I forgot to say , that engine cools better , when water equaliztion - ON. It makes motor oil always run in engine.
