    What cj646464 said, lol jks: What I means is that I'm giving a new layout for the club that you can publish free of charge. I don't want to own the club (I find owning one to time consuming) but I do want to make it better.If you are referring to the mantle I made, then I'm asking that while you publish the club in your own name, you don't publish the mantle. If you use my new layout, I'm asking that you let me stay in charge of the mantle, so I can decide what saves are showcased there.
