    Edit:You need a pretty large dose for electricity removal.

    Proton is lethal. A medium-sized dose will the remove electricity from the cyborg's blood and brain. A big enough dose can destroy the body tissue. I wouldn't call it a virus, though :P

    I put GEL on his neck. His circulatory system stopped functioning, and he choked on the salt the GEL left behind from absorbing the water.
