Are you really that stupid? Deinonychus was a carnivore, not a fish-eater, and was adapted to eating large animals. I agree that this is probably a deinonychasurid, due to its retractable claw on the foot.

Probably a Ceolophysis or a related species.
Its not a velociraptor because there are no hook claw things on the back of the feet.
