    Good ideas. They can add hidden elements and GLUE (glue)- stuck to solids and powders.

    They should change photons so it can be anything on the EM spectrum, not just light.

    No Plut doesn't decay reguarly. The element doesn't exist in TPT so I made a model of it

    Technetium is basically different colored PLUT. It does exactly the same things.
