Split by whalezor
If you want the water tanks and such to fill turn on water equalization. I spent several hours try to decorate the futuristic buildings on the right, but I never liked how they turned out. If anyone wants to redecorate feel free.

Though about adding portals, but since they can only be destroyed by bomb, and I don't like indestructable things in my saves I didn't add them. -

you need to turn in water simulation and save it so that water towers fill. also make fountain have portal in so water goes back to main water tower.
