    Inside the LHC, it is a vacume, try this with air off. Irl, it may not make such a big difference, but it would make one.

    no explosion would be made. particles would collide and fragment, not blow the entire complex

    Interestingly enough, in a statement made by the French Science Committee, or whatever, they said that there IS the possibility of a microscopic black hole being formed, but that it would 'evaporate'

    This is not what the LHC does. It collides near-light-speed atoms so scientests can see what exactly is inside them.
