    Alright... This is not against the rules... there were no rules about this when this was made.... He used a program to convert the pixels in an image file to a tpt save file..

    So basically to stop any confusion and the war in the comments bellow this was made before some of tpt rules meaning it was completly allowed its like eating a cookie and then the goverment saying eating cookies will get you in jail for 1 year even though you already ate that cookie it was before the rule was in place making it completly legal!
