    Some time ago: TPT was programmed. Later: TPT was moved to a new server. Later than that: People began making picture-to-element conversion saves. A bit later: This. Quite alot later: They noticed. Nearish to now: They made a rule. Now: Since this was made before the rule, it stays. Referencing Ketchup's remark, the rule of P2E did not exist back then, so it could not have applied to everyone. Now that it was made, it applies to everyone.
