Klitri, it doesn't work that way, at least here in the US (since I lack knowledge of the laws elsewhere). If that were the case, the government could, say, outlaw cigarretes, then proceed to arrest anyone who ever smoked even one, and make them all pay fines on it. As you can see, that makes for a really, really abusable system. -

klitri 27th Dec 2012No, Aj, you are wrong. They should not make exeptions! If someone murdered you and got away because they didn't have a law agaisnt it, and then made the law and found out they guy murdered you, they would not let him get away just because he killed you before the rule was made.

This save was created before the rule against plotting hence why it should be able to stay.
