    a steam explosion caused the meltdown, it was human error, the plant/reactor was being tested when the accident happened

    the reactor was a very unstable design, underwent a runaway reaction which overpressurized the containment, releasing a massive radioacive dust cloud. look it up

    No. It was explosion caused by pressure and fire. It let radioactive steam to get in apmosphere, but it wasnt nuclear explosion.
