There will ALWAYS be people who make bad saves; you can't force people to get mods, or make a good save. The system of FP will most likely not be fixed anytime soon, therefore there will be no easier way to seperate good saves from bad saves. I see zero reason to cry like a baby about it. There is literally nothing you can do about it besides coaching each user individually, which i'm guessing you don't want to do.
