ThingamabobOverseer: an accident occurred on the first factory, a worker being disciplined for dropping a ranana [Flora (planet name) banana] peel on the trash bag incorrectly causing a wood stick tk break fall onto a worker next to the lava pit making him lose balance and fall inside leaving his half melted legs only, causing a strike. around the factory
