I also fail to see the use of the ANAR. It's supposed to bore through the VIBR, right? It just piles up on top of the EMP module before it can even touch the VIBR. Also, the SPRK(LIGH) is usually a nice touch in Azurebombs, but in this case, it is just taking up space doing nothing, because between particle cap and particle order, it barely even fulfills it's purpose.
Oh gees....ok. This is to large and compressed to be really efficeint. The hyper-compressed materials do nothing exept make BHOL.... likly why your stats are so high. The overall construction of the bomb is weird, because it's off centered. Also, you do not need that much EMP. Even just one of those little subframe devices will suffice. However, I do like the DEUT+CLNE(PROT)+PRTI+PRTO module that you made there. it's a bit bulky, and could be sized down, but it is a nice feature.
