I think when we talk about the irish being oppressed we mean historically they have been done very dirty. For instance, during the great hunger, millions of irish people died yet food kept being exported from ireland to england. Putting the modern issues aside, they absolutely faced real struggles for centuries
Besides, one bit that americans conviniently forget MLK was also socialist. Big up MLK +1
MajorMason065 the Irish 'struggle' involved blowing up civilians cars, robbing banks, and other war crimes I can not mention on tpt, all to secede from an equal union. The american struggle was to avoid tax, as most american struggles are. They promptly enslaved black people. To use these as examples against BHM is intullectually dishonest.
@EightyEight wtf are you on
MinecraftTranquility: An anarchy from wikipedia is "Anarchism is a political philosophy and movement that seeks to abolish all institutions that perpetuate authority, coercion, or hierarchy, primarily targeting the state and capitalism. Anarchism advocates for the replacement of the state with stateless societies and voluntary free associations. A historically left-wing movement, anarchism is usually described as the libertarian wing of the socialist movement (libertarian socialism)." -Some guy
MinecraftTranquility: sounds like an anarchy if you ask me :/
I have a dream! That one day, every person in this nation will control their own destiny. A land of the truly free, dammit! A nation of action, not words, ruled by strength, not committee! Where the law changes to suit the individual, not the other way around. Where power and justice are back where they belong: in the hands of the people!
