Also send another probe similar to the first lander over the deepest parts of the Aroran ocean,this time with a much longer reinforced communication tether,better flotation devices,and a night vision camera on the "sinker" part

Send a few more manned orbits around the moon purely to get some tough pictures to motivate astronauts.After we've gotten enough orbits,land the first manned landing on the moon using a seperate descent module and retrieve some lunar rock samples
