I woud like to have a country named Rafrican Republic (RR), red-black-green horizontal stripes as a flag, and terrain on some islands on the top

Send a manned spaceplane to LEO, equipped with an IR and UV telescope. Deploy the telescope and aim it at the stars. By the way, these planes are runway launched, correct? That's what I was going for.
