(btw its aeiouman's brother so sorry jansuki if im misunderstanding this)
-
Aeiouman: a super strong magnet can affect non magnetic stuff but it has to be incredibly strong
-
Yes, but silicon is not magnetic, nor is limestone, quartz, and water, or anything used in concrete. The few bits of metal that may be in there are too little or too weak to be affected by the magnets, and most metals are not magnetic.
-
BY INSIDE I MEAN THE WHOLE REACTOR
-
NO BRO YOU PUT THE MATERIALS OUTSIDE THE REACTOR SO THE INSIDE OF THE REACTOR IS SAFE
-
Also if it redirects it the fields can redirect the stuff to a place where there is little to no metal, like upwards or downwards.
-
Aeiouman: isn't concrete a mixture of a bunch of rocks minerals and stuff
-
Builderbob do you mean the magnets? Because although steel can be magnetic, other metal alloys can be used to make supports, and most of the building is probably made of concrete.
-
step 1: insulation. step 2: redirection panels. Step 3: supports and chemcial protection. step 4: more non-magnetic supports (basically every single metal!!!) and chemical protection behind the insulation. step 5: check the insulation and stuff for damage after reacting

jansuki: so it still affects the outside of the reactor
