Well I can probably capture them and force them to not kill themselves, and as for spies I can do something similar. For the spy checks, I'm not actually spying directly internally in QHT, I'm just observing using other methods.

Literally every other day a one by one spy check is done checking down to the literal entire family tree of your existence and if you refuse you get tortured in the electric chair practically
