If the weird blue fog causes behavioral changes, it should be similar to the stealthier MAV strains, so we should be able to deal with it.

RNV: TRG do not worry we will only retaliate if you either attack the countries in the alliance or if you are secretly doing stuff to sabotage our countries or if you endanger an entire country due to your various projects that get out of containment.
