    I have a "treaty" offer, basically either you get obliterated to ashes or we go by this peacefully and put a giant dome over the RNV'S main body of territory, yes you can still exit the dome you can still have comms to the outside etc, basically just you'll have absolute hell unleashed on you or we put a simple dome that doesn't prevent anything really at all.. simple enough of a agreement right?
