    There appear to be a few SAM sites and what look like missle silos, along with construction of a smallish wall along the borders. There are also what appear to be subway stations in multiple cities.

TRG, based on your surveys, (recon planes? idk what "various methods" means) the cities appear to mostly be in California, with Okanzian mines scattered across the country. There are a few other cities scattered in the less radiated places, and there appear to be more furries than humans. (okanzian mines are not owned by RNV)
