TRG (aeiouman's brother here) you haven't told us if it has become a problem yet. Also, most of our facilities are underground and mostly fireproof and radiation resistant. How strong the tree is determines how long it will stay up and how fast it can be eaten by fungus and bacteria. Radiation resistance is also an important factor.
