  Monitor all tunnel systems and entrances, seal off and collapse entrances to delay hostile reinforcement. Make sure that all sewage areas, water pipes, and ventilation systems remain unsabatoged. Redirect some pipes and fill the tunnels with trapped combatants with highly toxic gas. (C-432 tanks have chemical protection because I (aeiouman's brother) specifically added it in the build process and it was built for decontamination and surviving a nuclear wasteland)

  Don't worry, it isn't an outright war, it is to keep the agreement. I'll (aeiouman's brother) try to defend the citizens, (mostly innocent lives I think) but if they break through and destroy the city, I'll withdraw.
