Based on the map Emrina is mostly fine (what country is that and where) but I haven't advanced at all into QHT, and I've only lost territory to Icelegian Mexico.

Same point as with Velsuki's tungsten rods launcher, I can intercept it by hitting it somewhere along the orbital trajectory
