I (aeiouman's brother) would like to make a 350mm kinetic ATGM with a fast rocket and around 200 kg of explosive in it. It will have a largish impact resistant tip that will allow it to keep its structure, and will have 1000+mm of penetration at ranges of around 1 km. Its max range will be around 20 km, and it will be wire-guided.

Also, question for ThingamabobOverseer: Builderbob said he has chernobyl levels of radiation across his most if not his entire country, (as in radiation from what you would get being in it) so how are his citizens doing?
