    I (aeiouman's brother) would like to withdraw from the Aeoeia-QHT-Okanzi alliance. Send teams to decontaminate and get rid of irradiated oceans, attempt to clear out radiation at the edge of its effect. Figure out ways to clear away or bury radioactive waste, and store it in safe spaces deep underground. Have many warnings around where the nuclear waste is buried. Clear away radiation along Centra America and the Carribean.
