    I, Aeiouman's brother, due to recent events, in interest of us not blowing each other to bits, would like to create a treaty to ban the usage of nukes against other countries. The treaty goes into effect once Iceligian Mexico, the Greenlings, Danzig, the QHT Company, the Siberian Confederation, Breadonia, and the Antarctic Republic agree to this treaty. However, other countries can join before and after the treaty is in effect.

    I (aeiouman's brother) would like to withdraw from the Aeoeia-QHT-Okanzi alliance. Send teams to decontaminate and get rid of irradiated oceans, attempt to clear out radiation at the edge of its effect. Figure out ways to clear away or bury radioactive waste, and store it in safe spaces deep underground. Have many warnings around where the nuclear waste is buried. Clear away radiation along Centra America and the Carribean.
