    i mean something that takes 10 pulses and on the 10th pulse a output wire sends a pulse to whatever and it resets then waits for anether 10 pulses

    It should be pretty simple to just make that with a bit of dlay and ntct/pctc trickery.

    You mean... like a dlay that shifts a sprk imput to a different line untill the last sprk, of which it sends to a main line?
