    thanks for fp and the analysis! im pretty sure there is also a very very very small chance that one doesnt even explode given that polo emmits less neut as it ages and the random velocity

    now without guesses: according to source each frame a bomb(from save) has 0.0018/1 chance of neutroning(0.18%), so each second its a ~10% chance of exploding, times 5 says that each 5 seconds, half of them will have released neutrons in a random direction, which plus a offset i haven't measured as it is also kinda random(random velocity neutrons) will be the half life of a material made of these bombs, remember this will variate slightly as it uses RNG
