seems like 18 polo will produce about 8-10 neut before it stops

@088cff correct but neut eventually disappears when traveling through ceramic so if it has just the right random velocity to cause all neut to disappear before it comes into contact with plut or deut repeatedly until it stops producing i think its possible but extremely unlikely

thanks for fp and the analysis! im pretty sure there is also a very very very small chance that one doesnt even explode given that polo emmits less neut as it ages and the random velocity

also 0.0018/1 chance is cause there are 18 polo pixels in each bomb, so 1/10000 * 18/1
