Before you downvote: There is no timer/wifi/trigger that this uses. If you don't believe me, just let it sit. It won't explode. Then drop your own dust particles, or add AIR, and it will explode.

    @SimulatorOfEpik: If you cover it in dust, it's likely that you filled in the air holes which are essential to the mechanism. That's why it doesn't work if you bury it.
