    RSSS is very destructible, simply hitting it with NEUT will turn it into its liquid form which is S tier.

    sprk is naturally in S, but if life is 65535 it needs to wait a LOT(1000+ seconds at 60fps) to get to 0 life and disappear into something else, same with bcln except bcln can be pushed off map, so bcln is both higher and lower on the tier list than sprk
