When you convert molten GOLD into VIBR,an identical amount of exot is absorbed(GOLD+EXOT=VIBR),so you have to get more exot than the vibr amount or it will be just a 1/1 transition,creating no extra exot in the end(regardless of the mVIBR continuing to abosorb exot,making it even less than 1/1)

Indeed, for some reason I always thought that VIBR does not create an additional BREL, but simply turns into it with some chance instead of EXOT. In that case, it definitely makes sense

EganK:The detonation is all about getting EXOT and an extra amount of BREL,which multiplies the amount of exot as BREL is converted into exot.If you just dissolve BVBR into exot,it won't increase its amount

However, why do you detonate the resulting BVBR instead of just mixing it with EXOT and making even more EXOT? This reaction would be simpler while still giving 100% VIBR to EXOT conversion.

Using protons to change PIPE temperature, using deuterium for purely mechanical temperature regulation, storing gray EXOT as frozen crystals, that whole QRTZ growth chamber... This machine is genius on so many levels, probably the best factory save I've seen in a long time. +1
