    MeltedLawnFlamingo, ThingamabobOverseer: Definitely not. Neurons do not transmit signals to other neurons as randomly as all these randomizers. A real brain has inputs and outputs that can be interpreted in some way (sensory information about the world around us and reactions to that information), while this "brain" takes in noise and outputs noise without any patterns in its behavior.
